My stay at The Astor Apartments had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to the city and public transport, and I appreciated the early check-in. However, the conditioning issues and outdated facilities left much to be desired. I encountered a rude receptionist when I raised my concerns, which only added to the disappointment. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations for comfort and service. 😟
